THE TEAM

MATT

Matt is the owner and Managing Director. With a background in mechanical and electrical engineering, he has held executive positions in facilities management and construction for over 25 years. Matt is passionate about eliminating unnecessary costs and delivering long-term value-added products and services.

ALEX

Alex is Key Account Manager for M2. With tertiary studies in health, law and international relations, Alex brings over two decades of experience both in Australia and abroad in business development, marketing, account and project management, and strategy in the private sector, government, non-for profit and consultancy. Alex believes strong relationships are key to success in business and is passionate about delivering the greatest value to our clients and making positive contribution at all levels.

TAIT

Tait is our Electrical Project Manager. He has broad experience across the Electrical, Defence and Maritime sectors with over 15 years in the industry. His desire to provide quality services and solutions for our clients keeps Tait at the forefront of industry best-practices and products.

Steve

Steve is a qualified electrical supervisor with experience delivering complex projects in the commercial and construction sector. He is currently managing M2 projects in New South Wales.

SaMY

Samy is a Civil Engineering and Business Management graduate with exceptional expertise and adaptability. He leads our site auditing and in-house systems design processes.

Kristel

Kristel holds a degree in Civil Engineering. She is in charge of documenting existing and upgraded building plans. She is an expert in CAD with impressive accuracy, an eye for detail and speed. She also assists in simulating and delivering lighting design reports.

SEVEN

Seven has a master's in project management. With extensive experience of product and process management in the manufacturing sector, She oversees M2’s production, inventory and sourcing.
